  • $100,000 to $250,000 the interest rate is 13%.

TERMS
 
Your investment agreement is a promissory note guaranteed by our firm.

All investments are set up for interest only for the first 12 months. These interest-only payments are directly deposited monthly to your bank account. 

This allows us time to put your capital to work.

You can choose a term of 24 months to 60 months for repayment, with payout beginning on the 13th month. This is a fully amortized, simple interest loan. 

You can also choose an interest-only option for a longer period of time and convert to an amortized loan when you wish.
